Handmade Angel Ornaments

angels on counter topThere have been angel sightings in my work area the last couple of weeks. They have flown onto my counter top to be fitted with their golden halos and metallic wings.

After each step was completed, the angels requested to fly into the photo studio to get some photos of their newly painted dresses.angels flying for a photo

They were very cooperative subjects, but what else would you expect of an angel? Imagine a photo shoot not only with one angel, but with six of them. It was heavenly!

This year I made some angel ornaments for Christmas. Each one is brightly colored and has her own unique personality. I had a lot of fun creating these sweet little angels. As you look at the angels you will notice a hint of glitter on their wings and on their cheeks. Their button halos are completely covered in the sparkly embellishment that I love so much. Being the glitter lover that I am, there had to be glitter added to the ornaments. Plus, Christmas without glitter, just would not seem like Christmas, would it? Have a heavenly, sparkly and handmade holiday!
